About Colburn Law

Greg Colburn is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Colburn Law Accident and Injury Lawyers, a Washington-based firm devoted to advocating for individuals and families impacted by serious injury and wrongful death. Greg’s path to the law is deeply personal—after suffering a catastrophic construction injury in his early twenties, he experienced firsthand the long and difficult road to recovery, justice, and financial accountability. That journey fuels his unwavering commitment to his clients.

A former Division I baseball player at the University of Washington and a one-time draft pick of the Colorado Rockies, Greg’s early career also included hands-on work as a carpenter. Following his injury and legal battle—which resulted in a seven-figure settlement—Greg graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.

Today, Greg leads a growing legal team that combines empathy, grit, and accountability in pursuing results for injured clients across Washington. His practice spans personal injury, product liability, trucking and aviation litigation, and complex wrongful death matters. Under his leadership, Colburn Law is recognized not only for its legal excellence, but also for its culture of professionalism, teamwork, and community service.

Greg lives in Carnation, Washington with his wife Lauren and their two children, Xander and Emmy. When he’s not in the courtroom or mentoring his team, you’ll find him coaching youth baseball, refining his fitness regimen, or enjoying the outdoors with his family.
